Volunteers “Capture” MCNC Wildlife

Volunteers contribute to the work of GWF in diverse and creative ways. Talented photographer and native plant enthusiast Hank Ohme has photographed Mill Creek Nature Center landscape and its flora and fauna for years. Now, he and Chris Gray, named GWF Volunteer of the Year in 2005, are collaborating on a project to map the locations of various species that flourish at the park near the Mall of Georgia. Here and on the front cover are a sampling from this project.
